Silver is available annually in the Halloween Events, offered originally in 2017 for $4.99 USD, from 2018 onward for 300 gems, and from 2020 onward as a possible reward in the Event Box.

Silver was a Timewalker for 300 gems on February 18, 2018; on August 6, 2020; on March 24, 2021; on September 20, 2021; on September 2, 2022; and on September 6, 2023.

Trivia

• According to the Castle Cats developaws, Silver is a werecat, analogous to a werewolf.
  • Her Hero Book entry, which uses the presumably complementary term catwolf, mentions that she "transforms".
  • Her rank appearances show her progressing through this transformation, getting larger and ripping out of her clothes in the same way a werewolf is typically portrayed changing from man to wolf.
  • Her name might refer to the fact that, in modern fiction, werewolves are said to be vulnerable to silver.
• Silver also seems to be a reference to the Big Bad Wolf from the fairy tale "Little Red Riding Hood", although she is a wolfcat, or catwolf as her description terms it, instead of a wolf.
  • One of her lines refers to "the girl with the red hood" and others refer to "big fangs" and "big ears", well-known features of the story.
  • In some versions of the fairy tale, the antagonist is said to be a werewolf rather than a regular wolf.
