Nala can be purchased as a Celebrity Hero in the Exclusive Shop for $4.99 USD.

Nala could be purchased during the Charity Event 2017 for $2.99 USD, of which $1 went to the charity of her real-life owners' choosing. She did not return in the 2018 event, and the Charity events were thereafter discontinued.
