The Spring Festival Event 2018 was a full event in Castle Cats that was added in version 1.8. The event started March 8*, 2018, and ran until April 18, 2018Event was extended. This event brings two cats, both of whom are purchased with real money. Additionally, it features the return of three cats from last years' Spring Festival Event. It also adds a new armory costume for one cat as well as new customization options for your guild leader.
A new update on March 29 added two more alchemy eggs, three new hero costumes, and three new avatar customizations.

- Due to complications with Apple reviewing/releasing the update, the update came on the 10th (of March) for iOS players in far ahead timezones.
- This Event is the first Event so far that has the exact same Event materials as the last year's Event.
- Even though it wasn't Spring for everyone at the time of the Event, it was still called "Spring Festival" for all players using the English Version.
